For Windows: download Mokka-0.6.2_win64.zip (usually best) or Mokka-0.6.2_win32.zip (older machines). These ZIP files are compressed files and you need to extract the contents of the file first. For Mac: download Mokka-0.6.2_MacOSX.dmg, install and run the programme.
