community health assessment

I need to submit a community health assessment in a research project about my community. As part of the project, I need to plan a social media campaign using two different medias. I am not as concerned about the length. This is my capstone project and I need it to be perfect. I must submit a perfect project by undergraduate standards by the end of the month.
