Conduct internal and external research on operations blueprints and sales transaction models
Use your research and the resources complete the following instructions:
Create a sales operations blueprint that outlines all of the steps in your company’s sales experience, based on your knowledge of your company’s values.
Clearly identify each of the steps in the sales interaction with a customer. Begin with the greeting and progress through all of the stages and activities of the sales
process.
Include the expected average time per step in the sales interaction process.
Develop your sales operations blueprint in a way that ensures that the customer experience reflects how your company/organization values each customer/client.
Explain how each of the steps and activities in your sales operation blueprint promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Include a diagram of your sales operations blueprint as an embedded chart or as an appendix to your paper. Use the tools available under the “Insert” tab in MS Word to
prepare your diagram.
Write a four-page paper (minimum) that thoroughly addresses all areas included under Instruction #2. The minimum length does not include the title page, abstract,
reference page, or any additional pages containing charts, appendices, etc. Cite a minimum of two outside sources used in your research, in addition to any sources
from your company, to support your work.. You must give appropriate credit to the sources of the material. The guidelines for In-Text citations may be found here.
