She denied substance use, denied smoking or vaping and denied any other form of self-injurious behavior. She was raised Protestant in a fairly moderate to conservative household. She reported a history of a sexual trauma during freshman year of high school but did not elaborate on the details. She denied prior mental health treatment or taking psychiatric medication. Explain how you would approach treatment to address your client’s eating disordered behavior.
