Your final project will be a short essay discussion of the attached research paper. this research paper includes
an experiment and analysis of kinesiology mechanisms. Your task is to read the study in its entirety and to
discuss the methods and implications of the information found within. This is not meant to be a deep
dissertation of this study. this is meant to measure your ability to read and interpret the basic information within
a study. Below is listed what you are expected to know going into the study. You do not need to have an
understanding of statistical analysis of data, you can take their data as accurate. Please interpret the data that
they have given, to assess their and your opinion of the study, but you are not responsible for checking to see if
they did their math right. You are also not responsible for knowing and understanding the specifics about
machines used for recording data. EMG recording machines are highly specialized pieces of equipment that
you are not expected to know if the proper machine was used or not. Also listed are some discussion questions
to help guide your essay. Your essay should be submitted in a word or PDF format only. Pages, Google
Sheets, notepad, and other word processing documents will not be accepted. Please save the file as a .doc,
.docx, or .pdf file only. Essay should be written in 12 point font, double spaced, using Calibri Arial or TNR font.
There is no page limit or requirement, however please make sure you go into detail on each section.

How would you use their practical applications in your (chosen) field of work?
Is there anything about the study that you feel should have been done differently, and why?
