1. In at least two pages, discuss at least two key historical actions (Acts, Executive Orders, etc.) by the U.S. government that formed the current day Personnel Security program
2. In at least two pages, elaborate on at least two key components of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual that impacts Personal Security.
3. In at least one page, explain polygraphs and their effectiveness in the Personnel Security program.
4. In at least one page, analyze the steps on the Personnel Security program and any faults you can identify.

Technical Requirements:

• This assignment must be at least six (6) pages (not including title page and reference list). 
• Utlilize at least five unique sources from our readings or related to the topics covered in this course.
• Type in Times New Roman, 12 point and double space.
• Students will follow the APA Style as the sole citation and reference style used in written work submitted as part of coursework for this class.
• Papers will be graded using the attached rubric.
