Prepare a 3 – 4 page (not including cover or reference pages) research-based paper on a specific organization of your choice, and analyze and evaluate their staffing strategy by 1) identifying two (2) best practices supported by research;   2) identifying two (2) effective staffing strategies that are working for this organization; 3) making specific recommendations improving the organization’s staffing strategy; and 4) identifying two (2) insights gained into staffing strategies.
