This week you will be submitting the fourth and Last summative essay that counts for the 40% of your overall grade. In order to successfully complete this task, you will need to rely on the knowledge and feedback you received from previous weeks and create your own leadership plan for your organization or any other organization which fails to lead effectively its followers.
In your submission please include the following:
1. An introduction that will enable the reader to identify the main key-concepts of your paper.
2. A clear description of the selected organization with a focus on the problematic leadership approach.
3. Your selection of Leadership styles that will enable employee’ motivation, team building, clear visions, facilitate change process, and the use of technology as attempts to improve a current leadership problematic situation. The leadership style which will be selected must be linked to Ethical, Authentic, and Servant leadership.
4. Clear corporate recommendations that theoretically support your propositions for effective leadership approaches for team success.
