This assignment will give you practice in evaluating which leadership style best fits the needs of followers and the work they are doing in the given situation, and predicting the results. You will be applying system thinking and theory to evaluate all systems that are impacted and affected by the leadership decisions made. In responding to the questions, use the terms described in the table in your textbook.

You are given four scenarios in the document linked below.
For each scenario, answer these questions.

Which leadership behavior would affect the motivation of the followers: directive, supportive, participative, or achievement-oriented?
How would follower characteristics change as a result of a the leadership approach you chose for this scenario?
Besides the example in this scenario, what are other examples of tasks or situations that would fit benefit from the leadership approach you chose? Refer to Task Characteristics from the path-goal theory table in the textbook.
