Summary: This article has enlightened the implementation of strong mentorship components in higher education.Investing in the younger generation by empowering students and holding them accountable for their expectations is the main goal of this article.
In my paper: The different methods of servant leadership mentioned in the article will help to articulate my leader’s leadership methods and how they inspired many by practicing these methods.

Summary: The author refers to Chinese multinational companies and about 256 sample supervisors to analyze the servant leadership styles.
In my paper: I will use this paper to help my discussion on each leader on how they are manifesting the servant leadership qualities.

In my paper: I will use this article to support my paper by analyzing the leadership style shown by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam (making him a former president of India).

Summary: The author is referring to Mr. Barack Obama, a black American and as a Former President, how he set an example of racial discrimination and how his presidency departed racial discrimination by uniting Americans and black Americans, marking the history of the United States.

Summary: The article discusses the rules and systems of each nation’s President-the head of the state. Compared with the President of the United States, it distinguishes the way the President of India governs and the powers he confers.
In my paper: The paper will help me to draw a line between both the President’s contributions towards their nation and how will they be acknowledged by the future generation and similarities in their leadership styles. Peer-reviewed Articles Paper.
