Summary: This article has enlightened the implementation of strong mentorship components in higher education.Investing in the younger generation by empowering students and holding them accountable for their expectations is the main goal of this article.

In my paper: The different methods of servant leadership mentioned in the article will help to articulate my leader’s leadership methods and how they inspired many by practicing these methods.

In my paper: I will use this paper to help my discussion on each leader on how they are manifesting the servant leadership qualities.

In my paper: The paper will help me to draw a line between both the President’s contributions towards their nation and how will they be acknowledged by the future generation and similarities in their leadership styles. Peer-reviewed Articles Paper.
