purpose is to apply critical thinking to an organizational situation and provide a written response that problemssolves and recommends.
Rationale/Purpose
Organizational members are frequently asked to problem-solve. Although many of this might not end up in
written reports, when they are, we need to be able to articulate our critical thinking in logical ways. This paper
challenges you to read a case study and then provide the results of your analysis. Because many may not be
familiar with case studies, teaching resources are provided, along with a following outline that should help you
provide a quality product.
