Start with the supplied html file and jpg.
Keep everything in the same folder
Create an external css file and attach it to the document. You need to name the file with your first name and last initial. (for example Jane Doe would be janeD.css)
The only change you are allowed or need to make to make in the html file is the link to the attached css sheet.
Using only CSS duplicate the layout of the sample image.
Colors and font choices do not matter. I am more focused on getting the elements laid out correctly.
