Due Date: Tuesday 29th May 2018 at 17:00hrs

You have completed a community assessment and you have identified a number of health issues and unmet health needs in a subgroup of the local community. The local community health service has a grants program to fund initiatives that promote the health of local community members. Funding will be allocated to projects that focus on health promotion, disease prevention, health literacy and cultural safety in the identified community. You, and other members of the health service, will work together to develop and submit a health promotion project proposal.
