Finance Ratio Analysis and Discussion
1.Current Performance. Financial information from the two most recent quarterly reports of the firm are stated with a discussion of the implications on the firm.
2.Financial Ratio Analysis. Based on the information in the firms 10-K and/or Annual Report, the eight assigned ratios are computed, analyzed and the results discussed using any one of the methods below for comparison in order of importance as follows: (1) industry data and (2) two competitors with the same ratios for 3 years (2019, 2018, 2017). The analysis should also discuss the implications of the results on the firm.
3.Assessment of Risk and Return on Capital Budget. Based on the information in the firms most recent 10-K and/or Annual Report, 10-Q Report, paper identifies one or two long-term (fixedasset) projects being undertaken by the firm with a focused discussion on (1) how the project could add value and/or growth to the firm in the long run, (2) the potential risks of the project to the firm, including financial implications and (3) how the firm can mitigate any perceive risks.
