The area of this paper is global supply chain. So the paper focus should be related the the same area of focus.
The paper should be an executive summary of the HBR attached (LEGO) and it should follow the following
case method structure.
Executive summary structure must be Case method

- Situation Analysis (Discuss the effect of the problem on the current supply chain)
- Alternatives description (Provide 2 or 3 alternatives that can solve the problem of their supply chain)
- Alternative selection (select the best alternative out of the ones provided and support your argument with
analysis of why they should go with this alternative) - Action Plan (set an action plan to the short and term strategy to apply)
Note: You can use exhibits to support or compare the alternatives or illustrate the action plan if needed but not
within the 2 pages should be on a separate page.
The alternatives, alternative selection and action plan should be concrete and clear. You might add exhibits
(Not included in the 2 pages text) to support the analysis , alternatives or action plan.
