Hi I need someone who has a background in project finance to continue my presentation.
I have built a finance model on excel, and I need to create a power point presentation for it.
I will upload the excel file, and the case study (so you know why we are “bidding” for this project) I need you to transfer the information onto a powerpoint presentation,
I will upload the template, barely did any work on it I don’t need a lot of words on the slides, but on the bottom for me to read for the slides – so the info there
please keep working on my presentation template, don’t use a new one
Keep it brief and to the point, clearly. 9-10 slides. including screenshots
Starting slide – basis info of toll road – why we are bidding talk about how it is a good time to be borrowing money from capital market OAB is low Interest rate is low
Next slide- historical traffic & revenue conditions (t&r forecasts) talk about the growth rates in decades (for every decade) Include DB contractor payment for CAPEX and system maintenance & salaries for OPEX
Next slide- Base case capture model
Next slide- Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)
Next slide- Operations Expenditure (OPEX)
Can’t show all years for these slides, so just show 7 decades, makes more sense to show long term rather than the first 10 years
Next slide- Cash Flows (revenue)
